Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 31st May 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or engaging DuoMatics for any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

DuoMatics provides photography, videography, and visual storytelling services including but not limited to:

  • Portrait and headshot sessions
  • Wedding and event photography
  • Commercial and editorial shoots
  • Product, luxury, and brand campaigns
  • Model and fashion shoots

The scope of each engagement is defined by a separate brief, proposal, or written agreement between DuoMatics and the client.

3. Booking & Payments

A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a signed agreement (or written confirmation via email) and a deposit, where applicable. Full payment is due as specified in the project agreement.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before a scheduled shoot may result in forfeiture of the deposit. DuoMatics reserves the right to reschedule in cases of force majeure.

4. Deliverables & Turnaround

Edited galleries are typically delivered within 7–14 business days of the shoot. Rush delivery may be arranged for an additional fee. All timelines are estimates and may vary based on project complexity.

5. Intellectual Property & Licensing

All photographs, videos, and creative works produced by DuoMatics remain the intellectual property of DuoMatics (Ahem and Sahil) unless an explicit written agreement transfers copyright ownership to the client.

Clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use delivered images for their agreed purpose (personal, commercial, etc.). Resale, sublicensing, or redistribution of images to third parties requires written consent from DuoMatics.

DuoMatics retains the right to use all work created — regardless of the context in which it was produced — for portfolio, marketing, editorial, and promotional purposes. Please refer to our Portfolio & Work Rights Policy for full details.

6. Limitation of Liability

DuoMatics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or deliverables. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, or if necessary, through the courts of India.

8. Amendments

DuoMatics reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
